You do not have to be ready to book. A good share of what we answer is people trying to work out what their building will require, which is exactly the right question to be asking first.

Hours Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Saturday mornings. Anything sent outside those hours is picked up the next working day.

Not sure what your building requires?

Tell us the kind of building and we will tell you what is usually asked for — a booked window, stated hours, an insurance certificate, a fob for the crew. Then you can ask the agent one question instead of four.

Worried about parking?

Send the street name. We will tell you whether it is in a controlled zone, whether a suspension is likely to be granted, and what the fallback looks like if it is not.

If something went wrong

Write and say so plainly. Your booking contract covers claims and the time limits on them, and we would far rather deal with it directly than leave you reading clauses on your own.
